Had a great time on my city break! the hotel had a fantastic location, with a parking area right in front of it. the check-in procedure was very fast and a kind staff member carried my bags to the room. the room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a big LCD TV and a safe. I was happy to find a plate of fresh fruits waiting for me on the desk. the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of Turkish and continental dishes.

That the room key card frequently lost its function and I had to reactivate it at the reception. the reception staff was always ready to help.

I had a great stay at Atakosk Group Hotels in Ankara. The room was clean and nice. The hotel is located on a major road, making it easy to access by car. There is a mall within walking distance and a number of restaurants nearby. The staff was nice and helpful.

I did have a small issue with the air conditioning in my room. It seemed to be interconnected with other rooms on the floor, and some guests preferred to keep their rooms hot for their children.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering all necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of fresh options. The location was convenient as it was located close to the metro station and shopping centers.

The soundproofing of the rooms could have been better, as noises from the hallway could be heard. The air conditioning system was interconnected to the rest of the floor, making it difficult to control the temperature in my room.

The hotel staff required extra validation from customers on their room cards, which could be frustrating for some guests.

We loved the fresh and delicious breakfast, the elegant facilities and the helpful staff. The hotel is also located in an easily accessible area with good transportation and parking options. The food at the restaurant was great too, especially the Wok.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our luxurious needs. the room advantages were exceptional, with a stunning view and a comfortable king, size bed. the hotel had a lovely bar and lounge area where we enjoyed a few cocktails, and we also appreciated the option for in, room breakfast.

The only minor issue we had was with the restaurant service. We had made a reservation, but upon arriving, we were told that the restaurant was fully booked.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, great service, nice facilities, beautifully designed rooms, spacious.
